2010/11 Registration

  • Registration is now open and will end when the age group is full or on Monday 25th October, when the competition will commence with friendly games. 
  • Games will be played on Monday and Wednesday nights - from some age groups it is possible to play both nights (2 registrations would be required).
  • Please make only ONE payment per team, and include the TEAM NAME in the transaction description if paying on-line. 
  • If you have registered, your status will be noted below (updated weekly). 
  • Individuals will be placed with teams from 11th October, and we may not be 100% sure on placement until 25th October, so please bear with us. 
  • See the Summer 5 a Side page for more information, including registration forms.  
  • Check out the MWFA competition at Cromer if you want to play on Tuesday or Thursday as well or instead.

Referees Wanted

We could use 1 junior and 3 senior referees for the competition - qualification and black uniform required.  Email with your availability if you are interested (we'll pay you!)

New Rules for 2010/11

  • A "W" team consists of a MINIMUM of 4 female players, 3 of whom must be playing at all times (this includes all female teams). This should allow the formation of mixed junior teams that will be competitive with all boy teams.
  • Goal throws must not land over half way or a free kick will be awarded on the half way line
  • Teams losing by 5 goals (ie 5-0, 6-1) can add an extra player

Also, please remember that no dogs, alcohol or smoking are allowed on the oval and that spectators should stand at least 1m for the sidelines (and never behind the goals).

2009/10 Finals Results

Mosman FC wrapped up a successful 5 a Side tournament with 2 afternoons of Grand Finals on Monday 22nd and Wednesday 24th February.  The competition this year attracted a record number of players of all ages - nearly 500 players in 70 teams from the U6 Greased Lightnin’ to the over 35 women Jelly Babes.    

The success of the tournament was due to the spirit of fun & friendly competition among the players.  Thanks to everyone who made this possible, especially our sponsors Fanulli, the BBQ Babes and the Gomez family
